Chef Alain Njike is the President of the NDE Restaurant Ventures, LLC. Mr. Njike studied hotel management at Ecole Maxime de Paris. He has been involved in the restaurant business in excess of 10 years. Chef Njike’s resume includes some of the top dining destinations in the world, Charlie Trotter’s Restaurant in Chicago, Maxine Paris, Nomi Restaurant and the Peninsula Hotel. The Njike family has owned hotels and restaurants in Cameroon and France for over 30 years.
